Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30days to request a return after you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Customer will be responsible for the return fees.

In the event a product is sold out, aqpa has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order If the enire order is sold out, aqpa has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Merchandise
Certain types of merchandise are non-returnable, such as customised items (e.g. special orders or personalised items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

FABRIC DISCLAIMER AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

aqpa  fabrics are modal and cotton. aqpa guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 3 months from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact hello@aqpababies.com if you believe you have received a defective product.

When washing any of your baby’s clothes, think less is more. You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your baby’s sensitive skin. You also want to avoid anything that has optical brighteners. A nice, gentle cleaner is all that is needed, and please do not use bleach. A harsher detergent can leave residues that can cause irritation or strip the fabric’s softness. You can add white vinegar to the wash as a natural fabric softener.

This is the best way to wash your modal clothing:

• Cold water
• Delicate cycle
• Turn off agitator if that is an option
• With like fabrics 
• Layette should be washed inside out, zipped/buttoned up to decrease pilling
• Sleep bags should NOT be washed inside out, but should be zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting

aqpa does not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry. Open your sleep bags completely and point a fan towards them to help drying time indoors.

aqpa  is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash routine and/or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.
